A. Mile Higher Merch is run directly by Josh and Kendall. Any items purchased from Mile Higher Merch goes directly to support them and their work.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. You order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Q. Are there additional fees for international shipping?
A. Yes, international shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Q. What happens if my order never arrived?
A. If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Q. What do I do if the item I receive is damaged?
A. In the unfortunate event this happens, please just email us with your order # and a picture of the damaged item laid out to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we get your email we will have a replacement shipped to you ASAP and there is no need to send back the damaged item.
