Buyer’s Remorse: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse.

Damaged items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time! Send a picture of your damaged item to support@milehighermedia.com include your order # and we’ll get a new item shipped to you.

Wrong size:  Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the wrong size as each order is custom printed at the time of purchase. If the item is too large run it through the wash and dry on high heat and it should shrink a bit.
